Metro Transit had multilple versions and styles of disability seating decals on their buses and trains. The goal was to have one consistent style that was bright, bold and easy to read to clearly mark the reserved seating areas.

Metro Transit also wanted to redesign its policy cards on buses and trains in order to clarify which activities and behaviors were illegal by state law vs. those enforced by transit policy. On the illegal-activities card, bold colors and icons, and simple captions make it clear to customers (even if English is their second language) that these actions are not permitted on transit vehicles. I created or adapted most of the icons used on this piece.
